Shipping

MIM offers free standard (5-8 day) delivery within the UK.

MIM offers shipping to the EU at a cost of £10-£30-£90 depending on the dimensions of the items. Due to current delays Shipping to the EU may take up to 3 weeks.

Following Brexit there is likely to be additional delay and costs relating to EU orders. Our understanding is that any orders may be subject to 'customs charges' and VAT at the prevailing local rate. We are happy to fulfil orders and ship to Europe but also highlight that these charges may be levied as part of the customs process and would need to be settled by the importer prior to completion of delivery.

For international orders of exceptional pieces outside the EU, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

If any of the items desired are out of stock, please email us and tell us what you are interested in and we will email you once available in the UK.

Please note that some pieces are of limited production and may not always be available. Our stock will be constantly varied.

Return & Exchange Policy

MIM wants you to be happy with your purchase. So, if you are not entirely satisfied, we can offer an exchange on the following:

Clothes

Clothes may be exchanged.

Please send an email to hello@mimdesignmx.com within 5 days of receiving your order and specify the reason for return, your full name, address, order ID.

Goods must be returned within 10 days of the pieces being delivered to you and they must be new, unworn, undamaged, and with all labels and packaging intact.

Should the desired size not be available or out of stock, MIM will provide you with a full refund within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.

When sending the parcel back, with the returned product. Please enclose your full name, address, and order ID. Please post to: 17B Chesham Street, London SW1X 8ND and keep your proof of postage.

Please note the Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; MIM cannot otherwise guarantee receiving the returned item.

Where applicable shipping costs are non-refundable.

Terms of sale

All MIM products are handmade and exported directly from Mexico. Please note there might be slight variations from what you see online (colours, shape and size). Every piece is unique, and we truly believe this is where the beauty of purchasing handmade pieces rests.

We aim to keep our website as up-to-date as possible however, the information appearing on this site may not always reflect the product descriptions exactly at the moment you place an order.

Every Customer has the right to request that MIM corrects any information the Customer believes is inaccurate or incomplete.

MIM Customers have the right to request we delete your personal data. MIM will process your request within 10 working days. We will notify you by email once the request is completed.
